- 1-2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon calendula oil (available at health stores)
- 3 drops orange essential oil
- 2 drops peppermint essential oil
- A few drops fresh lemon juice
In a small bowl, combine the salt with the oils until the salt is completely covered. Soak your feet in a wonderful footbath to soften the skin. Then dry your feet.
Massage this mixture into the feet for 5 minutes, paying special attention to rough and callused areas. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. If you like, put on warm cotton socks to continue softening the feet.
